How to enjoy sauna at Allas?

It all starts with a shower! Remember to take of your swimsuit when showering and also wet your hair.

Allas Sea Pool has 5 saunas:

– 90°C unisex Ranta Sauna, located in our main building (swimsuit mandatory).

– 80°C unisex Panorama Sauna with the best views to the sea, located in out main building next to our cozy lounge (swimsuit mandatory).

– Women’s floating sauna, located at the pool deck (swimsuit optional).

– Men’s floating sauna, located at the pool deck (swimsuit optional).

– Unisex floating sauna, located at the pool deck (swimsuit mandatory).

Grab a bench cover to sit on. Free bench cover rolls are located near the sauna entrance.

Do not bring alcoholic beverages into the sauna.

You can throw water over the rocks whenever you feel like it but also be mindful of others. In the Panorama Sauna water is adjusted with an automatic dosing system. Simply press the button located in the seat and enjoy the heat.

Take breaks and cool off! Remember to also keep yourself hydrated. You can purchase drinks at the self service station in the sauna lounge.

Remember to shower before entering the pools.
