In the evenings, non-fiction author, speaker and coach Rosa Nenonen discusses the factors that influence well-being and happiness with interesting guests. Rosa believes that a good life is built on six basic pillars, which we will also discuss in the upcoming evenings: well-being of body and mind, self-actualisation, relationships, the experience of meaningfulness and achievements. Participants can also join in the discussion and ask questions.
Noora Shingler will be our guest for the November Members’ Night.
Noora Shingler is a Helsinki-based journalist, producer and sustainability influencer who swims in the ocean almost every day of the year. For her, swimming is the be-all and end-all of physical and mental wellbeing, and she uses swimming for brainstorming and problem-solving. At the next members’ evening, Noora and Rosa will discuss not only swimming but also wider factors that influence well-being.
The members’ evening will take place in the meeting room of the Harbour annex.
