Rules of order

These rules of order have been drawn up to improve the safety and comfort of Allas Sea Pool. Allas Sea Pool’s lifeguards and other staff supervise compliance with the rules of order and safety instructions. The staff has the right to remove a person from the premises who does not follow the rules of order, safety instructions or otherwise behaves in a disruptive manner towards customers or staff.

1. Everyone visiting the pool deck and the swimming and sauna areas has to have a valid ticket.

2. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
a) Shaving, coloring or cutting hair, nail and foot care and other similar procedures are not allowed in our premises.

3. Long hair should be tied back or a swimming cap should be used to protect it.

4. You can only enter the pool in a swimsuit made of swimsuit fabric.
a) For example, underwear and sports clothes do not qualify as swimwear.

5. Running is prohibited on the pool deck and other wet areas.

6. Jumping in the pool is prohibited.

7. Children must be under the supervision of guardians and the guardians are primarily responsible for their safety. Childeren must not be left alone or with each other.
a) Children who cannot swim must be in the immediate vicinity of their guardian. The guardian must be able to reach the child with their hand if necessary.

8. Pool toys cannot be taken into the deep pools during rush hours and high season.

9. Customers own food and drinks are not allowed in the area.
a) Water bottles and small snacks are allowed.

10. Breakable dishes and others such as cosmetic products may not be taken outside the restaurant areas.

11. Alcohol may not be consumed in or near saunas, changing rooms and swimming pools.

12. The pool area and sauna terrace are non-smoking areas.
a) Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the café and in the designated area in the corner of the beach area.

13. Pathways on the pool deck must be kept clear for rescue operations and emergency exits.
a) Furniture may not be moved to pathways or in the immediate vicinity of the pools. In the event of a rescue situation, these must be clear so that the rescue can be carried out without any obstacles.

14. The service prodiver is not responsible for the visitor’s lost property.
a) Found goods are stored in the Allas Shop for a limited time and are delivered several times a week to the Finnish Lost & Found organization for further storage.

15. The lockers are intended to be used only for the duration of the visit in the pool area.
a) Property may not be left in lockers overnight or when leaving the pool area. The lockers open automatically at night to be emptied.

16. Photographing is prohibited in the dressing and sauna areas. In the pool area, photos may only be taken in consideration of the privacy of other visitors and in such a way that others are not recognizable.
a) Advertising, news and other photoshoots organized by professionals must be agreed in advance.
