Cold swim guidance

During the cold swim start, you will learn about the physiology and health effects of cold exposure from the cold exposure master, non-fiction author and yoga teacher Magnus Appelberg, try out different breathing techniques and, if you wish, take a dip in the sea water with the group at the end of the class.

The class starts with an introduction of about 30 minutes, where participants will be introduced to the secrets of cold exposure. After the introduction, the participants will practice different breathing techniques to help them get used to the cold water. Finally, with Magnus’ encouragement and guidance, participants will have the opportunity to experience cold exposure for themselves in our saltwater pool.

Cold bathing relieves stress and various pain conditions, improves sleep and reduces inflammation in the body. The start is suitable for both beginners and more experienced cold swimmers. Join us to beat yourself!
